EEMHS’s principal psychiatrist has over 20 years’ experience of delivering mental health care and services. During that time, he has balanced working on the frontline of mental health services with work as an Executive Medical Director. Through senior Clinical Leadership positions has helped thousands of individuals address problems with their mental health that were impacting on their ability to perform at their best.

His first-hand experience of Executive leadership in the NHS and care delivery across multi-million-pound budgets had made him very aware of the pressures that come with elite positions and the importance of maintaining good mental health when occupying them. This has put him in a position to be able to rigorously select leading psychiatrists who are able to assist elite executives, rapidly and effectively.
