Elite executive mental health services were formed in 2023 in the aftermath of the worldwide pandemic. It’s creators had between them unique experience in working in senior executive positions, coaching senior executives and of clinically delivering psychiatric care. It was this combination of expertise that led to the realisation that senior executives were increasingly succumbing to readily avoidable and treatable problems with their mental health but often felt that they had nowhere to turn to – and then the desire to do something to help.

We aim to ensure that elite executives who are working in highly demanding roles are able to discretely but confidently access the very best support and advice they need when it comes to sustaining or improving their mental health.

We recognise that companies are hugely reliant on their executive leaders and that when mental health starts to deteriorate, company performance and the lives of those that depend on it can also suffer. We believe that suffering in silence and turning to maladaptive remedies such as alcohol or substances is never the answer and can be easily avoided through the correct, timely support.
